Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced, onsite Medicare survey conducted November 9, 2023 for the purposes of approving the home hemodialysis (HHD) program, Dunmore Dialysis was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D: Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities. Recommend certification of the home hemodialysis program effective November 9, 2023.
